Card Activation

The card and the service plan will be activated automatically once the card is inserted into your device.

After success activation, stored value and expiry date will be sent to you through SMS. 1-Year Data Pack will be effective and service charge of $418 will be deducted automatically.

Once you have completed the above step, you will receive an automated SMS displaying your assigned mobile number.

This Data Pack will be immediately effective upon card activation and is valid for 1 year. Service charge of $418 will be deducted automatically.

Tips:

If you are unable to access data service after subscribed the data pack, please check your phone setting by following steps:

- Ensure "Mobile Data" setting on your phone is turned on
- The Mobile data APN setting of your phone is set to “internet”
- Restart your phone

Notes:

1-Year Data Pack is valid for 365 days from the date of subscription
A notification SMS will be sent to you when the data allowance is used up. You can subscribe to a new data pack
Reset on validity of the SIM after recharge will not reset the validity of any subscribed data pack
The service will be suspended once the SIM card expires, even if the subscribed data pack is still valid.
Using the remaining balance in your account to apply for a new data pack will not extend the validity of the SIM. To apply for a new data pack and extend the validity of the SIM at the same time, you need to subscribe to the new data pack instantly with an e-wallet.
All unused data allowance will be forfeited upon expiry of data pack validity period.
Data service is applicable for use in Chinese Mainland and Macau only. Actual data transmission and connection speed may vary due to the Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other factors
