According to the Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation, starting from 1 Mar 2022, local pre-paid SIM card users (including voice, data and/or short message services (SMS) SIM cards) must complete real-name registration with their telecommunications service provider in order to activate or continue the use of SIM card service. Mobile number will be assigned once real-name registration is completed.
After successful activation, stored value and expiry date will be sent to you through SMS.

Once you have completed one of the above steps, you will receive an automated SMS displaying your assigned mobile number.

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is a technology that utilizes data to transmit voice calls. It requires both network and handset support. Starting from March 20, 2024, ValueGB will fully support VoLTE to provide our customers with a smoother service experience*.
How to enable VoLTE:
1.Use a phone that supports VoLTE.
2.For iPhone: Go to “Settings” > “Mobile Data” > “Mobile Data Options” > “Voice & Data”, and select “LTE", "Enable VoLTE.”
For Android: Navigate to Settings > “Connections” > “Mobile Networks”, and enable “VoLTE calls SIM 1.”
*If you are using an iPhone with iOS 14 or later versions or a phone with Android 12 or later versions, VoLTE is already enabled by default, and no action is required.
